Senior Project Manager/Owner's Representative

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager/Owner's Representative to oversee development projects, LIHTC, tenant in place, from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.

Description

• Work in tandem with the VP of Development and VP of Asset Management to drive a circa $700 million tenant in place project.
• Manage all phases of property development projects, including planning, design, construction, and final delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and progress to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project delays or budget overruns.
• Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
