The Cash Application Specialist will play a key role in managing and applying payments to customer accounts while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Description

• Process and apply customer payments accurately and efficiently to the correct accounts.
• Reconcile discrepancies in accounts and resolve payment issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate month-end closings.
• Maintain records of cash applications and provide relevant reports when needed.
• Communicate with customers regarding payment inquiries and outstanding balances.
• Assist in refining and improving cash application processes for enhanced efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all cash application activities.
• Support other accounting and finance tasks as required.
