Construction Estimator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join a prominent construction firm in the Lehigh Valley, PA, responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project plans, and ensuring cost-efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proven ability to manage and forecast project costs, helping our client continue to deliver high-quality, on-budget projects.

Description
Develop and prepare cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Analyze project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine accurate cost predictions.
Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive rates.
Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to monitor progress and ensure projects stay within budget.
Identify and mitigate potential risks or cost overruns during the project lifecycle.
Profile
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a construction estimator.
Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
