This position is for a talented and experienced Business Systems Analyst with ERP & SQL experience to join a manufacturing organization located in the Norwood area of Massachusetts, south of Boston!

Description
This position is for a talented and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a growing manufacturing organization (located in the Norwood area of Massachusetts, south of Boston!) with multiple locations in the US and globally, and be a key member of the growth of the technology division.
Your responsibilities will include successful project management and delivery, stakeholder engagement and vendor management, requirements gathering, system training and documentation, system implementation and support.
You will work with stakeholders at all levels, and have the opportunity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to really take the next step in their career!
Profile
The successful Business Systems Analyst will have:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 3+ years experience as a Business Systems Analys
- Must have ERP & SQL experience, Oracle ERP preferred BUT ANY ERP EXPERIENCE IS FINE, training will be provided!
- Extensive and proven requirements gathering experience
- Experience leading projects, with proven examples of successful delivery
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Excellent communication
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
