Description

Reporting directly into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Designing UL508 compliant control panels.
• Creating specifications for internal components and external instrumentation.
• Design using AutoCAD.
• Create instrument and IO lists.
• Design and develop electrical systems and components for engineering projects.
• Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics and documentation.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure functionality and compliance.
• Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and technological advancements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Profile

A successful Electrical Design Engineer should have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience designing industrial control panels.
• UL508 MTR Certification.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience using electrical design software and tools.
• Experience using AutoCAD Electrical preferred.
• Experience with PLC programming and design.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
