Description

Construction Superintendent - Manhattan, NY

• Manage daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance.
• Maintain project schedules, track materials, and document progress using Procore.
• Ensure quality standards and adherence to NYC DOB and agency regulations (e.g., DASNY, CUNY).
• Participate in site meetings and provide updates to internal teams and consultants.
• Projects may include higher education, public libraries, and historic restorations.

Profile

Construction Superintendent - Manhattan, NY

• 6-10 years of construction experience, including at least 2 years as a Superintendent.
• Experience with institutional or public sector projects (e.g., CUNY, DASNY, libraries).
• Proficient in Procore, NYC DOB compliance, and safety protocols.
• SST-62 certified; DOB License preferred or in progress.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
