Commercial Assistant Project Manager - Manhattan, NY
The Assistant Project Manager will support the successful execution of $25m construction projects within the commercial industry in Manhattan. This role requires strong organizational skills and an understanding of construction processes to ensure project goals are met effectively.

Description
- Assist in planning and managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Track project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
- Support the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts and reports.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations on-site to maintain compliance and ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate project updates effectively to the project manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues or delays impacting project progress.
- Contribute to the successful completion of construction projects within the property sector in Manhattan.

Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
