Electrical Engineer- Aerospace and Defense- Bedford, NH
This role focuses on designing and developing RF circuits and antennas for advanced communication systems, requiring expertise in electromagnetic theory, simulation tools, and high-frequency hardware testing.

Description
- Proficiency in RF circuit design, including amplifiers, mixers, filters, and oscillators.
- Experience with antenna design, simulation, and testing (e.g., patch, dipole, phased arrays).
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and RF propagation.
- Familiarity with RF simulation tools (e.g., CST Microwave Studio, HFSS, ADS).
- Knowledge of PCB layout for high-frequency circuits and impedance matching.
- Experience with RF measurement equipment (e.g., network analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
- Ability to design and test systems across VHF/UHF, microwave, and millimeter-wave bands.
- Understanding of EMC/EMI compliance and mitigation techniques.
- Experience with wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G).
- Ability to work with CAD tools and hardware prototyping.

Profile
A successful Electrical Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in RF and antenna design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (FCC, ETSI, MIL-STD, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or medical device industries is highly desirable.
