Description

• Proficiency in RF circuit design, including amplifiers, mixers, filters, and oscillators.
• Experience with antenna design, simulation, and testing (e.g., patch, dipole, phased arrays).
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and RF propagation.
• Familiarity with RF simulation tools (e.g., CST Microwave Studio, HFSS, ADS).
• Knowledge of PCB layout for high-frequency circuits and impedance matching.
• Experience with RF measurement equipment (e.g., network analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
• Ability to design and test systems across VHF/UHF, microwave, and millimeter-wave bands.
• Understanding of EMC/EMI compliance and mitigation techniques.
• Experience with wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G).
• Ability to work with CAD tools and hardware prototyping.

Profile

A successful Electrical Engineer should have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in RF and antenna design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (FCC, ETSI, MIL-STD, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, or medical device industries is highly desirable.
