Project Manager- Public Projects
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead public and municipal construction projects in the $1M-$3M range throughout Palm Beach County. This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple fast-paced projects from preconstruction through closeout with a respected local contractor.

Our client is a well-established general contractor with a strong track record delivering high-quality public and municipal projects across South Florida. They are known for their collaborative culture, strong relationships with local municipalities, and consistent pipeline of public sector work.
Description
Manage public and municipal construction projects from award through final closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and contracts
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and municipal inspectors
Prepare and manage subcontracts, change orders, and pay applications
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, local codes, and public-sector requirements
Track project costs and report on financial performance and forecasting
Profile
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager on public/municipal construction projects
Proven experience managing projects in the $1M-$3M range
Strong understanding of government procurement, permitting, and compliance processes
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient with construction management software and project controls
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
