Description

• Plan, schedule, and manage multifamily renovation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify the quality of work and adherence to plans.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Multifamily Renovations should have:
