Project Manager - Multifamily Renovations
This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple multifamily renovation projects, including major CapEx improvements, while positioning yourself for rapid advancement to Production Manager. Ideal for a dynamic leader with strong client-facing skills and a positive, results-driven attitude.

Description
- Plan, schedule, and manage multifamily renovation projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify the quality of work and adherence to plans.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
Profile
A successful Project Manager - Multifamily Renovations should have:
- Proven expertise in managing construction projects, particularly multifamily renovations.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
