Master Electrician - Construction Project Manager
A well-established general contractor in the DFW area is seeking a Project Manager / Master Electrician to lead electrical operations across multiple commercial and mission-critical projects. This role blends field leadership, project management, and estimating responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Our client is a highly regarded general contractor in the DFW area, with an extensive portfolio of commercial and luxury residential projects. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will gain valuable exposure to various aspects of construction. Description
- Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and foremen
- Perform detailed electrical estimating and support bid development
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and design professionals
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and change orders
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
- Support procurement and material tracking
Profile
- Texas Master Electrician License (required)
- 8+ years of experience in electrical construction, with 3+ years in a PM role
- Proven ability to estimate, manage crews, and lead operations
- Strong knowledge of commercial and mission-critical electrical systems
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and estimating tools
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Job Offer
