Description

• Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and foremen
• Perform detailed electrical estimating and support bid development
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and design professionals
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and change orders
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
• Support procurement and material tracking

Profile

• Texas Master Electrician License (required)
• 8+ years of experience in electrical construction, with 3+ years in a PM role
• Proven ability to estimate, manage crews, and lead operations
• Strong knowledge of commercial and mission-critical electrical systems
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and estimating tools
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
