Traveling Superintendent - Banking &Interiors

We are seeking a Traveling Superintendent with 5-10 years of experience to oversee fast-paced renovation projects across New England and the Northeast. This role requires autonomy, strong leadership, and the ability to manage night-shift operations effectively.

They specialize in interiors and tenant fit-outs across banking, corporate, healthcare, retail, and industrial sectors. With 10 offices nationwide and a growing presence in New England, they deliver high-volume, quick-turnaround projects for major financial institutions and corporate clients.

Description

• • Lead and manage renovation projects in occupied spaces, ensuring minimal disruption
  • Oversee night-shift operations (6 PM - 2 AM) across multiple sites
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
  • Utilize Procore for project documentation and communication
  • Maintain strict compliance with safety standards and client requirements
  • Travel primarily within New England (MA, CT, NH, ME), with flexibility for East Coast assignments
  • Report progress and issues to senior leadership promptly
  • Drive quality control and timely project delivery

Profile

A successful Traveling Construction Superintendent - Banking and Interiors should have:

• • 5-10 years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Proven ability to work independently without close supervision
  • Experience with occupied renovations; financial/banking projects preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work night shifts

Job Offer
