Project Engineer- Luxury Custom Homes
The Project Engineer supports the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure the successful delivery of high-end, custom residential builds. This role involves coordinating technical, administrative, and construction-related activities to maintain quality, schedule, and cost control.

Description
- Assist in planning and managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve any project-related issues or challenges.
- Provide technical support to the construction team as needed.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile
A successful Project Engineer should have:
