Description

• Manage large-scale commercial and life science projects
• Lead the development and maintenance of project schedules
• Work closely with project management team, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
• Develop and implement strategic plans for successful project delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Manage project budgets and financial performance
• Implement strategies to optimize project profitability
• Quality assurance & legal compliance

Profile

• 5+ years experience with a general contractor
• MUST have previous ground-up, large-scale commercial project experience
• Preference for candidates with life science, pharma, life industrial, and/or manufacturing project experience
• 4 year Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study preferred
• Possess values of integrity, honesty, and self-improvement
• Strong leadership skills
• Professional business aptitude
• Software proficiency with Procore, Autodesk, similar programs

Job Offer

• Base salary 110-160K commensurate with experience
