Well known general contractor is looking for a Project Manager with 10+ years of experience with commercial projects. Emphasis on TI and Renovation work.

Client is a reputable General Contractor based in St. Louis. Currently doing about $250M in revenue yearly and have an emphasis on a welcoming, family feeling culture.

Description
- Oversight of project operations
- Managing budget and schedules
- Managing field staff, PEs, and Admin
- Some travel expected (day trips here and there)
- Report directly to Project Director
- Focusing on small TI/Renovation/Rehab projects
- Working on multiple hard-bid projects at the same time
Profile
- 10-15+ years of construction experience
- Experience with hard-bid projects
- Experience with handling multiple projects at a time
- Someone with a background in fast paced TI projects
- Looking for someone with a collaborative mindset
- Need to be a good team-player
- Approachable and nice to work with
