We are currently looking for a Principal Electrical Test Engineer to lead the design, integration and testing of complex systems used in specialized scientific and health care-related applications.. Description

The Principal Electrical Test Engineer will play a critical role in the design, setup, and evaluation of advanced electrical systems. This hands-on position involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions that meet project requirements. The engineer will be responsible for conducting detailed testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis, while also maintaining thorough documentation and supporting continuous improvement efforts to ensure adherence to industry standards.Assist with the design, setup, and testing of advanced electrical systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Prepare and update relevant documentation related to system setup, testing, and configuration.
• Conduct hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis of electronic components and systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with applicable industry standards.

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Principal Electrical Test Engineer role will bring a strong technical background, hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of electrical systems and applied physics. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possess a problem-solving mindset. A solid foundation in electronics, familiarity with programming, and expertise in LabVIEW are key to success in this role. Preferred qualifications include:

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Physics is required.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering.
• Strong foundational knowledge in electronics, mechanical systems, and applied physics.
• Exposure to programming languages.
• Seeking a LABview expert.
