Regulatory IT Business Analyst - TRACE
The Regulatory IT Business Analyst will support and design IT solutions for Transactional Regulatory Reporting and compliance within Global Markets & Risks, focusing on TRACE and Broker Dealer regulations. This role involves gathering and formalizing business requirements from traders and compliance teams, collaborating with developers, coordinating UAT, and providing Level 2 functional support.

This role requires 3 days on-site per week in their NYC office, providing an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
Description
Gather and formalize business requirements by collaborating closely with traders, compliance, and operations teams.
Drive the design and development of IT solutions for Transactional Regulatory Reporting and compliance needs.
Create mockups and proofs of concept to support requirement validation and stakeholder alignment.
Define, execute, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with end-users and development teams.
Manage communication between end-users and Level 1 support to resolve functional issues efficiently.
Deliver detailed documentation and continuously update the knowledge base to support ongoing operations.
Support regulatory activities by analyzing complex problems and providing practical, compliant solutions.
Profile
Expertise in Transactional Regulatory Reporting (especially TRACE) and Broker Dealer regulations is a must.
Proven experience in IT business analysis within Front Office Operations and Compliance, ideally in the financial industry.
Strong knowledge of financial products such as Structured Products, Equity Options, Securities Lending, and Interest Rate Derivatives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with traders, compliance teams, and developers.
Detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience collaborating within Agile teams.
Technical skills such as knowledge of SQL, Python, or C# are a plus.
Job Offer
The hourly rate for this role ranges from $85 to $110, depending on experience and qualifications.
