Project Manager, Multifamily Construction - Cleveland

Description
As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams
- Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
- Monitor construction progress and proactively address challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Conduct regular site visits and project meetings to ensure alignment and progress
- Collaborate with field leadership to ensure seamless execution
Profile
A successful Project Manager - Multifamily Construction should have:
- Strong experience managing multifamily or residential construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and trade coordination
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- OSHA certification and additional training a plus
