The Commercial Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in construction and project management.

Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and team members to provide updates and resolve any issues.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.
