Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fundamental credit analysis on corporate issuers, assessing financial performance, industry trends, and risk factors.
- Support investment decision-making through detailed credit underwriting and financial modeling.
- Assist in structuring and executing corporate credit investments, including bonds, loans, and other credit instruments.
- Monitor portfolio positions, tracking performance, covenant compliance, and market developments.
- Collaborate with senior investment professionals, risk teams, and external counterparties to facilitate transactions and manage exposure.
- Provide research and insights on macroeconomic trends, industry dynamics, and credit market conditions.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal discussions and approvals.
Profile
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in corporate credit investing, underwriting, credit risk, credit ratings, or corporate credit analysis.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, and credit structuring.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and credit research methodologies.
- Ability to evaluate investment opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Job Offer
$100,000 - $120,000 base salary, depending on experience. Bonus and comprehensive benefits.
