Description

• Oversee Class A interior office construction projects across multiple states.
• Manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth operations.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Travel extensively nationwide to support multiple projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally on-site.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior projects (Class A office preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel nationwide for extended periods.
• Proficiency with construction management software and reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions on-site.
