Description
- Oversee Class A interior office construction projects across multiple states.
- Manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth operations.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Travel extensively nationwide to support multiple projects.
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally on-site.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior projects (Class A office preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety compliance.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel nationwide for extended periods.
- Proficiency with construction management software and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions on-site.
