3rd Shift Production Supervisor - Industrial - Springfield, MA
As the 3rd Shift Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for all planning and activities of a large industrial facility. You will lead production personnel and Technicians driving product flow and day to day operations.

Description
Reporting directly into the Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Shift hours: One supervisor: Sunday - Wed 7:30 pm - 6:30 am One supervisor: Wed - Sat 7:30 pm - 6:30 am
- Ensuring that all manufacturing process across production are productive and efficient
- Managing flow of operations
- Driving continuous improvement projects
- Maintaining all safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Leading a team of production employees
- Lead, motivate, train, coach, and discipline team members
Profile
- Education: Associate's Degree in an Engineering field or equivalent, relevant experience
- 5-7 years of experience working in an industrial setting
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Lean and continuous improvement experience
- Operations and production professional
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems
- Experience in high volume manufacturing
