A Manhattan-based firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-impact projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Description

• Manage all phases of project life cycles from planning through execution and delivery

• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to meet project goals

• Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques

• Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies

• Prepare regular progress reports for leadership and stakeholders

• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget

Profile

• 4-8 years of project management experience, preferably in a Manhattan-based or corporate environment

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Jira, or Trello)

• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
