Description

Building Superintendent - Facilities and Maintenance

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities for the property.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted services.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order replacements as needed.
• Implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
• Document and report maintenance activities to management.

Profile

A successful Building Superintendent - Facilities and Maintenance should have:

• Experience in property maintenance, repairs, and facility management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with tenants and vendors.
• General knowledge of Building and Construction codes and Real Estate management.
