Project Manager - Commercial Construction

This role oversees large‑scale interior renovations, office TI's, and hospitality conversions ranging from $5M-$30M. You will manage field teams and work directly with executive leadership to deliver high‑quality commercial construction projects.

A small, boutique general contractor specializing in commercial interiors, large‑scale renovations, and new construction residential projects. The team operates with a hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset and focuses on long‑term relationships and project excellence.

Description

• Manage commercial TI, interior, renovation, and hospitality projects ($5M-$30M)
• Lead project planning, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and coordination with field teams
• Work directly with the President/Owner on high‑impact projects
• Collaborate with a Lead Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Project Coordinator
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure project financial and schedule targets

Profile

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office Suite, and familiar with AIA documents
• Strong ability to read drawings, interpret construction documents, and write reports
• Effective communicator with a proven track record at a commercial GC

Job Offer

• Salary: $110,000-$130,000
