Description

The Residential Project Manager oversees all phases of high‑end residential construction, including ground‑up builds and complex multi‑million‑dollar renovations. This role is responsible for managing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and on‑site execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has proven experience leading luxury residential projects, strong knowledge of construction methods and materials, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and builders. This position requires exceptional problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously while maintaining a premium client experience.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
  • 3-7 years of experience
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project resources efficiently.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in the property industry, especially in construction projects, is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
