Client Details

This general constractor specializes in design-build delivery, construction management, and ground-up development across high-impact markets including manufacturing, life sciences, healthcare, corporate offices, food & beverage, and distribution/logistics. Their Dallas office was set up to support growth across Western U.S. markets, particularly Texas, with a robust pipeline already underway. This contractor prides itself on providing turn-key solutions, spanning preconstruction, technical services, general contracting, and stringent safety management. They bring deep expertise in high-performance environments-such as cleanrooms, cold storage, and mission-critical data centers-delivered under a strong ethic of safety and integrity.

Description

• Lead daily field operations for a ground-up data center build
• Coordinate subcontractors, enforce schedules, and ensure quality standards
• Maintain a strong commitment to site safety, compliance, and project timelines
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and trades
• Oversee logistics, inspections, and reporting on progress to executive stakeholders

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, including large-scale commercial or data center projects
• Previous experience with a general contractor
• Proven ability to lead field operations on complex, high-value projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with travel and long-term assignments
• Committed to safety, schedule, and quality on-site
