Description

• Manage all phases of commercial projects from start to finish.

• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and contracts.

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.

• 5-8 years of project management experience in commercial construction.

• Experience with interiors and/or ground-up projects.

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills.

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

• Proven success delivering projects in NYC.
