Construction Project Manager- Little Rock
Join an established construction firm in the Arkansas market as a Project Manager projects from start to finish. This role focuses on managing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion within established timelines and budgets.
Client Details
This construction firm is a newly established Arkansas based company that specializes in commercial construction projects ranging from retail, restaurants, and other commercial projects. This construction firm is in an expansion phase and looking to grow it's team with the pipeline of projects secured.
Description
- Logistics and construction planning
- Master schedule creation and ensuring deadlines are met
- Review and approve change orders and RFIs
- Review documentation from PEs and APMs
- Client and architect communication
- Lead weekly OAC meetings with the Superintendent and Project Executive
- Emphasize safety in the field
- Travel Required

Profile
A successful Construction Project Manager
- A background in construction management
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience
- Retail construction project experience preferred
- ability to travel 50%-75% of the time
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems effectively.
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
Job Offer
