Description

Construction Superintendent

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
• Oversee the quality of work performed, particularly in interiors, clean rooms, and lab spaces.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on-site.

Profile

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience as a commercial construction site superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of interiors, clean rooms, and lab spaces.
• Relevant experience in carpentry is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• General knowledge of Building and Construction codes
