Description

• Interact with machine operators and other engineering personnel to provide guidance and training, as well as troubleshoot production issues
• Be hands on on the manufacturing floor, identifying areas for process improvement
• Lead/implement new capital projects, including layout of new machinery
• Design and modify tooling and fixtures for CNC machinery as needed, using SolidWorks

Profile

• Need an engineer with a background in a relevant manufacturing environment
• Experience designing fixtures/tooling
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Background in 3D modeling, SolidWorks strongly preferred
• Background/knowledge of investing in new capital equipment and troubleshooting machinery (set up, work instructions)
• Experience working with/troubleshooting CNC machinery
• Comes from a metal fabrication or manufacturing background/environment

Job Offer

• Base salary $85,000-$110,000 depending on level of experience
• Quarterly profit share bonus, 7-10% payout
• 4% 401(K) match
• 3 weeks PTO
