An employee-owned general contractor with a strong national presence, recognized for delivering complex and high-profile projects. Is seeking a Superintendent with tower experience to join their team and play a pivotal role in leading large-scale, ground-up projects.

Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities for high-rise/tower projects.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
• Drive project schedules to meet or exceed deadlines.
• Serve as the main on-site point of contact for the client and project team.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to assistant superintendents and field engineers.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering high-rise/tower projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and collaboration.
