Senior Superintendent | Commercial TI | San Francisco
The Senior Superintendent role involves leading construction projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results and timely completion. This position requires a strong understanding of commercial TI construction processes and the ability to manage teams effectively in San Francisco.
Client Details
Our client is a reputable General Contractor who specialises in high-quality commercial tenant improvements and is experiencing rapid expansion due to a strong backlog and consistent repeat client work. With current revenues in the $65-75M range and projections to surpass $100-150M next year, the company is preparing for significant long-term growth, including opening a South Bay office in 2025.
They recently secured multiple major TI opportunities, including a 150,000 sq. ft. AI workspace project and another large San Francisco HQ build-out. Typical project sizes range from $5-7M, with several in the $15-30M range.
At the moment, the company is seeking a commercial TI Superintendent with strong technical expertise and experience working for reputable commercial TI-focused General Contractors. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, strong communicator, and natural leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.
Description
- Lead the on-site execution and delivery of commercial TI projects in San Francisco.
- Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, sequencing, safety, and quality control.
- Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, designers, and trade partners.
- Support project planning, logistics, and overall project strategy.
- Develop schedules for proposals/RFPs.
- Mentor and support other Superintendents.
- Provide high-level leadership across multiple project teams.
