The Project Manager will oversee construction projects within the healthcare, multifamily, life science buildings and commercial construction sectors, ensuring timely and successful delivery while meeting quality standards. Description

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including contractors and vendors, to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards to achieve desired outcomes.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all construction sites.
• Regularly report project status and updates to senior management and clients.
• Supervise team performance and provide guidance to ensure project success.
• Foster strong working relationships with all parties involved in the construction process.

Profile

• A solid understanding of construction processes and best practices within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools and project management methodologies.
