Construction Project Manager, PM , Kansas City $20m+ Projects
The Project Manager will oversee construction projects within the healthcare, multifamily, life science buildings and commercial construction sectors, ensuring timely and successful delivery while meeting quality standards. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong background in construction project management.

Description
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including contractors and vendors, to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards to achieve desired outcomes.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all construction sites.
- Regularly report project status and updates to senior management and clients.
- Supervise team performance and provide guidance to ensure project success.
- Foster strong working relationships with all parties involved in the construction process.
Profile
- A solid understanding of construction processes and best practices within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and project management methodologies.
Job Offer
