Superintendent
The Superintendent in the Business Services industry will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.

Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities including scheduling, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination
- Lead preconstruction and subcontractor meetings to align expectations and project objectives
- Ensure all safety standards are met and foster a zero-incident jobsite culture
- Monitor and communicate progress against project schedules, implementing course corrections as needed
- Manage and track project deficiencies and closeout activities
- Support financial tracking and reporting in coordination with the Project Manager
- Coach, mentor, and lead site teams to uphold project excellence

Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Experience in Commercial or Multifamily construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, quality control, and field management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
