Vice President of Business Development
The Vice President of Business Development will lead efforts to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the construction sector. This role requires a strong focus on client relationships, strategic planning, and driving revenue growth within the business services industry.

Description
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the construction sector.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Lead negotiations and secure contracts for large-scale construction projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverable.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Support the development of long-term client partnerships to ensure repeat business.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary in the range of $118,000 to $132,000 annually.
- Bet on yourself Commission plan with OTE of over $260,000 for first full year
