Analyst & Documentation Expert - Cybersecurity

We are looking for a Cybersecurity-focused Document Expert to support our client remotely while working EST hours (from within the USA). The ideal candidate has strong experience creating cybersecurity presentations, performing data analysis, and using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Description

• Collaborate with the technology team to ensure accurate and thorough documentation of cybersecurity processes and systems.
• Analyze and verify technical documentation for consistency and compliance with industry standards.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives by contributing to process improvement and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for technology-related projects.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Provide expertise in identifying and resolving documentation-related challenges.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies within the Financial Services industry.
• Contribute to the development of best practices for documentation and cybersecurity processes.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience, preferably within financial services or other highly regulated industries, with the ability to interpret technical cybersecurity material.
• Strong documentation and content creation skills, including producing accurate, concise, executive-ready materials and managing multiple inputs under tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Archer and ServiceNow, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior-level audiences.
