Description

The Estimator's responsibilities include:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop competitive bids.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities within project plans and budgets.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing information.
• Track and manage changes in project scope, ensuring budgets are updated accordingly.
• Provide support during contract negotiations and project handovers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methods to improve estimating processes.
