E-DISCOVERY SUPPORT PROJECT MANAGER
- The eDiscovery Support Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and execution of eDiscovery projects, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and client requirements. This role involves coordinating workflows, managing data processing, overseeing document review, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of eDiscovery services.

Description
- Oversee the end-to-end management of eDiscovery projects, from data collection to production.
- Coordinate with legal teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage the collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI).
- Ensure data security and integrity throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including GDPR, CCPA, and FRCP.
- Act as a liaison between attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables effectively.
- Manage expectations and provide solutions to evolving project needs.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (JD or legal background preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in e-discovery, litigation support, or information governance.
- Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) or Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with e-discovery tools and platforms.
- Experience managing large-scale litigation, investigations, or regulatory matters.
- Proficiency in e-discovery tools such as NuixDiscover, Relativity Server, RelativityOne, Everlaw, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of data processing, analytics, and review workflows.
- Familiarity with legal hold software and enterprise data sources (email systems, cloud storage, databases).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
