Multifamily Superintendent - Denver Metro

The Multifamily Superintendent will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage subcontractors and maintain safety compliance.

Description

• Supervise all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects in the Denver Metro area.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members regarding project progress.
• Resolve any on-site issues that may arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Profile

A successful Multifamily Superintendent should have:

• Previous experience in multifamily construction or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools, this team utilizes Primavera and Autodesk.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• A track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary between $125,000 and $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
