Description
* Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish
* Plan and maintain project schedules with subcontractors
* Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards daily
* Coordinate closely with Project Managers and support teams
* Train and mentor assistant superintendents and field staff
Profile
* 5+ years in a Superintendent or Senior Assistant role
* Experience delivering multifamily or K-12 projects
* Strong understanding of sequencing, safety, and inspections
* Consistent, steady leadership style on active job sites
* Willingness to support mostly local projects with limited travel
Job Offer
* $100,000-$130,000 base salary plus bonuses
* Guaranteed annual and project bonuses ($25k-$30k typical)
* ESOP ownership, 401(k) with 3% match, and $600/month vehicle allowance
* 3-4 weeks PTO, strong benefits, and a defined leadership track
