Construction Project Manager

A growing General Contractor in White Plains is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with strong wood frame building experience to oversee ground‑up multifamily and commercial projects. Description

As Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and RFIs to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate closely with field teams, architects, and ownership groups.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and local building codes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Profile

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in wood frame / stick-built construction.
• Proven track record with multifamily or mixed‑use ground‑up projects.
• Strong financial management, scheduling, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project milestones.
