Description
Lead all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to drive efficient execution.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and specifications.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and uphold safety compliance.
Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing solutions to keep work on track.
Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors to secure favorable terms.
Oversee project documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor junior team members and lead project closeout activities, including final walkthroughs and client turnover.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-family construction projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, budgeting, and cost control.
Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor teams and collaborate with clients and subcontractors.
Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6) and contract negotiation.
Committed to maintaining safety standards; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Job Offer
- A competitive base salary between $100,000-$130,000 (Depending on Experience)
