Public PM

Manage large scale ($25 Million and up) public sector construction projects, including NYC School Construction Authority (SCA) and Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) work. The Project Manager ensures successful delivery through strong coordination, budgeting, and team leadership.

• Manage full lifecycle of SCA and MTA projects valued at $25M+
• Oversee subcontractors, site operations, and project schedules
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and public agencies
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

Profile

The Succeessful Candidate has 7+ years of experience, ideally with a GC building large scale SCA projects ($25 Million and up), or large scale MTA projects (ADA, Elevators, Stations). Experience in Exteriors, Roofing, and Facade NOT required.
