Construction Project Manager
Join a respected South Denver commercial GC as a Project Manager leading a $30M ground-up build in Fort Collins with a 16-month schedule. This is an urgent, high-impact opportunity for a local leader ready to take full ownership of a flagship Front Range project from start to finish.

Description
Lead and deliver a $30M ground-up commercial project in Fort Collins from preconstruction through closeout
Manage project schedule, budget, contracts, and overall financial performance
Drive buyout strategy and subcontractor procurement
Oversee day-to-day field coordination in partnership with the Superintendent
Run OAC meetings and maintain strong communication with Owners and A/E teams
Proactively manage risk, change orders, and cost control
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
Provide leadership and direction to Project Engineers and support staff
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners
Profile
The ideal candidate is a locally based Commercial Project Manager with proven experience delivering ground-up projects in the $20M-$50M range. You are confident managing the full lifecycle of a project and are a team player.
Key qualifications include:
5+ years of commercial Project Management experience
Demonstrated success managing ground-up builds
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control expertise
Experience leading OAC meetings and managing A/E coordination
Ability to provide A/E references
Strong negotiation and subcontractor management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Must be local to the Denver / Northern Colorado market
