Contract Attorney - Business Immigration
Excellent opportunity for a Contract Business Immigration Attorney to join a prestigious law firm with a high-volume, fast-paced practice. Role will focus on business immigration Schedule A, NIV, IV, PERM, RFEs and CAP Season work. This is a remote role that can support client in San Francisco from anywhere in the US.

Description
- Responsible for handling a high volume caseload of Schedule A matters, immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, PERM cases and CAP season work.
- Responding to Requests for Evidence.
- Supporting a team remotely
- Preparing and drafting cases
- Communicating with team members on a daily basis
Profile
- JD or LLM
- Admission to a US State Bar
- Experience with broad based business immigration matters, including: Schedule A, IV, NIV, PERM, RFEs, CAP season work
- Experience responding to RFEs
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment
- Excellent case management skills
- Must work PST hours
