Construction Superintendent
We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site delivery of complex construction projects. This role owns safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractor coordination from start to finish.

Description
* Manage daily on-site operations from mobilization through closeout
* Enforce safety standards and maintain a zero-incident mindset
* Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics
* Drive schedule adherence and resolve field issues quickly
* Partner with project management to ensure quality and cost control
Profile
* 7+ years of superintendent experience on commercial projects
* Proven track record delivering projects $20M+ on schedule
* Strong knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
* Clear communicator with leadership presence on site
* Proficient with construction scheduling and reporting tools
Job Offer
