The Project Manager Will Be Required To:

Profile
The Ideal Project Manager Will Have:
- Background in Construction Project Management, Assistant Project Management, or Project Engineering.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, technologies, and project details.
- Prior experience managing projects for a general contractor.
- Ability to thoroughly review and interpret construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
- Clear and effective communication skills with teams, partners, and stakeholders such as management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
- Familiarity with key skilled trades, including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site preparation, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems.
Job Offer
The Project Manager Will be Offered:
- Base Salary: $110,000-$130,000
- Bonus: $9,000-$12,000 (in the first year)
