Description

• Oversee and manage all aspects of tenant improvement construction projects in San Francisco.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals.
• Monitor on-site activities and provide leadership to construction teams.
• Address and resolve project-related issues promptly.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
