Description
- Oversee multiple healthcare projects and project teams.
- Manage client relationships and high-level project decisions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Drive profitability and mentor junior staff.
- Participate in business development and preconstruction planning.
Profile
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction (healthcare preferred).
- Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Deep understanding of healthcare codes and infection control.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Job Offer
